We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for most events. For weddings and large corporate events, 3-6 months is ideal to ensure availability and allow time for menu planning.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We can accommodate virtually any dietary requirement including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and allergy-specific needs. Just let us know during your consultation.
What is your minimum guest count?
Our minimum varies by service type. For full-service catering, we typically require a minimum of 20 guests. Private chef experiences can be arranged for as few as 2 guests.
Do you provide tastings?
Yes! We offer tasting sessions for booked clients to sample and refine their menu selections. Tasting fees may apply and are typically credited toward your final invoice.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve the greater New York metropolitan area, but we've catered events throughout the Northeast and are open to discussing destination events.
